Andhaka
Scene: Andhaka’s face tight with shame and anger; daitya elders avert their gaze; the absent guru is felt as an empty seat—an unfilled throne-like āsana symbolizing the lost protector.
Reverence for the guru must be matched by responsible protection and right conduct; neglect of duty in crisis brings moral disgrace.
No specific tīrtha is named in this verse; it is part of the Kāśī-khaṇḍa’s broader Shaiva sacred history.
