चातुर्विद्यास्तथा प्रोक्ता अन्योन्यं वृत्तिमाश्रिताः । सत्रिभागास्तु त्रैविद्याश्चतुर्भागास्तु चात्रिणः
cāturvidyāstathā proktā anyonyaṃ vṛttimāśritāḥ | satribhāgāstu traividyāścaturbhāgāstu cātriṇaḥ
“Demikianlah para Cāturvidya ditetapkan, saling bergantung satu sama lain dalam penghidupan. Kepada para Traividya diberikan tiga bagian, sedangkan kepada para Cātriṇa diberikan empat bagian.”
