Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 47

अर्घ्यमष्टगुणोपेतं पाद्यशुद्धोदकेन च । तेनैवाचमनं दद्यान्मधुपर्कं मधूत्तरम्

arghyamaṣṭaguṇopetaṃ pādyaśuddhodakena ca | tenaivācamanaṃ dadyānmadhuparkaṃ madhūttaram

Hendaknya mempersembahkan arghya yang dilengkapi delapan unsur keberkahan, serta pādya berupa air yang disucikan. Dengan air yang sama berikan ācāmana, lalu persembahkan madhuparka yang unggul, diperkaya dengan madu.
