दैवज्ञेनैव चैकेन अथवा सामगेन वा । पञ्चरत्नसमायुक्तं कुम्भे तत्रैव कारयेत्

Transliteration

daivajñenaiva caikena athavā sāmagena vā | pañcaratnasamāyuktaṃ kumbhe tatraiva kārayet

Translation

Di tempat itu juga, kumbha hendaknya disiapkan oleh seorang daivajña (imam ahli jyotiṣa), atau oleh seorang penyanyi Sāma-veda. Kumbha itu harus dihiasi dengan pañcaratna, lima permata suci.
