योगप्रकारनिर्णयः

बहुभोजनसामर्थ्यं चिरादुच्छ्वासनं तथा । लघुत्वं शीघ्रगामित्वमुत्साहः स्वरसौष्ठवम्

bahubhojanasāmarthyaṃ cirāducchvāsanaṃ tathā | laghutvaṃ śīghragāmitvamutsāhaḥ svarasauṣṭhavam

Muncul kemampuan menyantap banyak makanan, kemampuan menghembuskan napas lama, tubuh menjadi ringan, gerak cepat, semangat yang kuat, serta suara yang merdu dan teratur.
