Demi kesejahteraan dan tata kelola jagat, dua yang termulia di antara para dewa pun berangkat. Sejak saat itu, mulai dari Indra, semua—para dewa dan asura—juga bergerak sesuai tugasnya.

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Īśāna
Significance: Frames ‘jagad-vyāpāra’ (world-order) as divinely coordinated after Śiva-centered reconciliation; pilgrimage ethic: dharma-sustaining action (loka-saṅgraha) flows from right theistic orientation.
It emphasizes that worldly governance (jagadvyāpāra) proceeds through divine order: even powerful beings act in alignment with a higher principle—ultimately under Pati (Śiva) who upholds dharma and the universe’s functioning.
Though the verse speaks of cosmic administration, Shaiva Siddhanta reads such order as grounded in Śiva’s lordship; Linga-worship centers the devotee on that sovereign reality (Pati) from whom the harmony of devas and worlds derives.
A practical takeaway is to stabilize one’s own “inner governance” through japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and mindful observance of dharma, aligning personal action with the cosmic order described.
