न्यासत्रैविध्य-भूतशुद्धि-प्रक्रिया
Threefold Nyāsa and the Procedure of Elemental Purification
निरुद्ध्वा प्राणवायुं च गुणसंख्यानुसारतः । भूतग्रंथिं ततश्छिद्यादस्त्रेणैवास्त्रमुद्रया । नाड्या सुषुम्नयात्मानं प्रेरितं प्राणवायुना । निर्गतं ब्रह्मरन्ध्रेण योजयेच्छिवतेजसा
niruddhvā prāṇavāyuṃ ca guṇasaṃkhyānusārataḥ | bhūtagraṃthiṃ tataśchidyādastreṇaivāstramudrayā | nāḍyā suṣumnayātmānaṃ preritaṃ prāṇavāyunā | nirgataṃ brahmarandhreṇa yojayecchivatejasā
Setelah menahan nafas vital sesuai dengan urutan guna yang terukur, seseorang harus memotong simpul unsur-unsur dengan 'senjata' yogik, yang disegel dengan mudra senjata. Digerakkan oleh prana melalui nadi susumna, diri yang muncul melalui brahmarandhra harus disatukan dengan cahaya Siwa.
