Transliteration

atha ye mānavā loke svecchayā dhṛtavigrahāḥ | bhāvātiśayasaṃpannāḥ pūrvasaṃskārasaṃyutāḥ

Translation

Adapun manusia di dunia ini yang dengan kehendak sendiri mengambil wujud jasmani, kaya akan intensitas batin dan disertai kesan-kesan karma masa lampau—hendaknya dipahami demikian.
