शङ्खचूडकृततपः—ब्रह्मवरकवचप्राप्तिः / Śaṅkhacūḍa’s Austerity—Brahmā’s Boon and the Bestowal of the Kavaca
वरं ब्रूहीति प्रोवाच दानवेन्द्रं विधिस्तदा । स दृष्ट्वा तं ननामाति नम्रस्तुष्टाव सद्गिरा
varaṃ brūhīti provāca dānavendraṃ vidhistadā | sa dṛṣṭvā taṃ nanāmāti namrastuṣṭāva sadgirā
Lalu Brahmā, Sang Penata, berkata kepada raja para dānava, “Mintalah anugerah.” Melihat beliau, sang raja dānava bersujud hormat dan memuji dengan kata-kata mulia.
