It highlights revelation through sacred speech (Bhāratī/Vāk): divine guidance arises from a subtle, heavenly source and is heard by the devas, suggesting that higher truth is received through purified awareness and grace.
In Shaiva practice, Saguna Shiva is approached through mantra and stotra—forms of Vāk (sacred speech). The verse underscores that divine speech can confer direction and boons, aligning devotees toward Shiva-centered dharma and worship.
Disciplined mantra-japa—especially Shiva mantras such as the Panchākṣarī—performed with truthful, restrained speech (vāg-yama) is implied, since Bhāratī represents sanctified speech that becomes a vehicle for divine instruction and blessing.
