तावत्कपीशावायातौ तं प्रणम्याग्रतः स्थितौ । ततस्तद्भ्रूलतासंज्ञानियुक्तौ गगनं गतौ
tāvatkapīśāvāyātau taṃ praṇamyāgrataḥ sthitau | tatastadbhrūlatāsaṃjñāniyuktau gaganaṃ gatau

Though not directly about the Liṅga, it reflects Saguna devotion in action: reverence to an authority aligned with dharma and swift fulfillment of duty—an outer expression of inner surrender that complements Liṅga worship and mantra-japa.
A practical takeaway is to begin worship with praṇāma and then perform one’s vowed practice (japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” Tripuṇḍra, or Rudrākṣa-dhāraṇa) with immediacy and steadiness, as if responding to a divine signal.
