Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Role: liberating
Cosmic Event: Trans-cosmic movement beyond brahmāṇḍa; anugraha enabling passage and stable divine abode
The verse highlights that even exalted deities attain their rightful station and stability through Śiva’s anugraha (grace). In Shaiva Siddhānta terms, Śiva as Pati is the ultimate bestower of grace that enables order, protection, and spiritual fulfillment within creation.
By emphasizing Śambhu’s anugraha as the decisive cause, the verse supports Saguna Śiva worship—approaching Śiva with form and attributes (often through the Liṅga) to receive grace that removes obstacles and grants auspiciousness, leading one to one’s divine abode and dharmic role.
The implied takeaway is to seek Śiva’s grace through steady bhakti—daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya"), Liṅga-pūjā with water/abhisheka, and wearing or japa with rudrākṣa—practices traditionally taught in the Shiva Purana for obtaining anugraha.
