सं यन्मही मिथती स्पर्धमाने तनूरुचा शूरसाता यतैते । अदेवयुं विदथे देवयुभिः सत्रा हतं सोमसुता जनेन ॥

Transliteration

sáṃ yan mahī́ mithátī spárdhamāne tanū́rucā śū́rasātā́ yátáite | ádevayuṃ vidáthe devayúbhiḥ satrā́ hataṃ somasútā́ jánena ||

Translation

Apabila kuasa-kuasa besar yang saling berlawanan bertembung dalam persaingan, kalian berdua—bersinar dalam tubuh cahaya kalian sendiri, pemenang hadiah sang pahlawan—maju. Dalam sidang yajña, bersama para pencari dewa, tumpaskan sepenuhnya daya yang mengejar yang-tanpa-dewa; wahai kalian yang Soma diperas oleh umat.
