राजा राष्ट्रानां पेशो नदीनामनुत्तमस्मै क्षत्रं विश्वायु ॥

rājā́ rāṣṭrā́nāṃ péśo nadī́nām ánuttam asmai kṣatráṃ viśvā́yu

Raja atas kerajaan-kerajaan, pembentuk pola sungai-sungai; semoga baginya ada kuasa kedaulatan yang tiada tertandingi—meluaskan hayat ke seluruh dunia—agar tatanan yang benar ditegakkan di segala ranah.
