यदीमेनाँ उशतो अभ्यवर्षीत्तृष्यावतः प्रावृष्यागतायाम् । अख्खलीकृत्या पितरं न पुत्रो अन्यो अन्यमुप वदन्तमेति ॥

yádīm enā́m̐ uśató abhyàvarṣīt tṛṣyā́vataḥ prāvṛ́ṣy ā́gatāyām | akhkhalīkṛ́tyā pitáraṃ ná putró anyó anyám úpa vádantam eti ||

Ketika hujan mencurahi mereka yang merindu pada datangnya musim hujan, maka—terbata-bata menjadi ujaran—yang satu mendatangi yang lain sambil berkata, seperti anak kepada ayah; wicara yang lahir kembali mencari sumbernya dan kembali belajar iramanya.
