Sukta 5.69
इरावतीर्वरुण धेनवो वां मधुमद्वां सिन्धवो मित्र दुह्रे । त्रयस्तस्थुर्वृषभासस्तिसृणां धिषणानां रेतोधा वि द्युमन्तः ॥
irā́vatīr varuṇa dhenávo vāṃ mádhumad vāṃ síndhavo mitra duhre | tráyas tasthur vṛṣabhā́s tisṛ́ṇāṃ dhiṣáṇānāṃ reto-dhā́ ví dyu-mántaḥ ||
Wahai Varuṇa, sapi-sapi pemelihara (dhenú) milik kekuatanmu, sarat kelimpahan, memancarkan hasil; wahai Mitra, sungai-sungai bermadu dari keberadaanmu mengalir deras. Tiga banteng perkasa berdiri sebagai pembawa benih bagi tiga Dhīṣaṇā (ilham/ketajaman batin), memancar dalam daya yang bercahaya.
