गुहा हितं गुह्यं गूळ्हमप्स्वपीवृतं मायिनं क्षियन्तम् । उतो अपो द्यां तस्तभ्वांसमहन्नहिं शूर वीर्येण ॥

gúhā hitáṃ gúhyaṃ gūḷhám apsv ápīvṛtaṃ māyínaṃ kṣiyántaṃ | utó apó dyā́ṃ tastábhvāṃsam áhann áhiṃ śūra vī́ryeṇa ||

Tersembunyi dalam rahasia—yang gaib dan terselubung—di dalam perairan, tertutup rapat: daya-maya (kekuatan sihir) yang berdiam di sana. Engkau, wahai pahlawan, menumbangkan Ahi (Ular) dengan keperkasaan; Engkau membebaskan air-air itu dan menegakkan langit.
