ब्रह्मणस्पतिरेता सं कर्मार इवाधमत् । देवानां पूर्व्ये युगेऽसतः सदजायत ॥
Transliteration
bráhmaṇas pátir etā́ sáṃ karmā́ra ivā́dhamat | devā́nāṃ pū́rvye yugé ásataḥ sád ajāyata ||
Translation
Brahmaṇaspati, laksana seorang pandai-besi agung, meniup dan merangkai bentuk-bentuk ini hingga padu; pada zaman pertama para Dewa, Ada (sat) lahir dari Tiada (asat)—tatanan muncul dari yang belum berbentuk.
