Sarga 93: Rāvaṇa’s Grief and Fury after Indrajit’s Fall; Move to Slay Vaidehī and Ministerial Restraint
ततःपौलस्त्यसचिवा्श्रुत्वाचेन्द्रजितोवधम् ।आचचक्षुरभिज्ञायदशग्रीवायसव्यथा: ।।।।
tataḥ paulasya-sacivāḥ śrutvā cendrajito vadham | ācacakṣur abhijñāya daśagrīvāya sa-vyathāḥ ||
Kemudian para menteri raja Paulastya (Rāvaṇa), setelah mendengar terbunuhnya Indrajit dan memahami betapa beratnya peristiwa itu, dengan gelisah menyampaikan kabar yang menyayat hati kepada Rāvaṇa si berkepala sepuluh.
Then, having known about the distressing fall of Indrajith, the ministers of Ravana reported to the ten-headed Ravana.
