अदृश्यमानेनरणेमाययावासवोपमौ ।ममनाथावनाथायानिहतौरामलक्ष्मणौ ।।।।

Transliteration

adṛśyamānena raṇe māyayā vāsavopamau | mama nāthāv anāthāyā nihatāu rāmalakṣmaṇau ||

Translation

Tak terlihat di medan perang, dengan tipu daya si penyihir, ia telah membunuh Rāma dan Lakṣmaṇa—dua kesatria yang gagah laksana Vāsava (Indra). Maka aku, yang dahulu memiliki pelindung, kini menjadi tanpa pelindung.
