दूत-नीति, शुक-प्रसङ्गः
Envoy-Ethics and the Episode of Śuka
ततोराज्ञासमादिष्टास्समुत्पत्यवलीमुखाः ।जगृहुश्चबबन्धुश्चविलपन्तमनाथवत् ।।।।
tato rājñā samādiṣṭāḥ samutpatya valīmukhāḥ |
jagṛhuś ca babandhuś ca vilapantam anāthavat ||
Kemudian, atas perintah raja, para pemimpin kera melompat bangkit, menangkapnya dan mengikatnya, sementara ia meratap seperti orang tanpa pelindung.
"While standing here surely he has assessed the entire strength of the army. I hope he is taken as a captive and not returned to Lanka."
