Morning Rites Turn to Lament
तेन शब्देन विहगाः प्रतिबुद्धा विसस्वनुः।शाखास्थाः पञ्जरस्थाश्च ये राजकुलगोचराः।।।।
tena śabdena vihagāḥ pratibuddhā visasvanuḥ | śākhāsthāḥ pañjarasthāś ca ye rājakulagocarāḥ ||
Terjaga oleh bunyi itu, burung-burung pun berkicau—ada yang bertengger di dahan dan ada pula yang di dalam sangkar—yang berada di lingkungan istana raja.
