Vision of the Gaṅgā and Meeting with Guha

You have aptly shown your kindness and compassion to me. It is not proper to prolong one's grief. So do go and altend to your duties.
Dharma includes protection of the righteous guest: Guha’s hospitality culminates in safeguarding Rama through the night.
While Rama rests, Guha stays awake with bow in hand, talking with Sumantra and Lakṣmaṇa and maintaining a night watch.
Rakṣā-dharma (duty of protection) and loyalty.
