Yoga-Sleep, Cosmic Dissolution, and the Lotus of Creation

with Mārkaṇḍeya’s Vision

नभः क्षितिं पवनमपः प्रकाशनं प्रजापतिं भुवनधरं सुरेश्वरम् । पितामहं श्रुतिनिलयं मुनिं प्रभुं समापयञ्छयनमरोचयत्प्रभुः

nabhaḥ kṣitiṃ pavanamapaḥ prakāśanaṃ prajāpatiṃ bhuvanadharaṃ sureśvaram | pitāmahaṃ śrutinilayaṃ muniṃ prabhuṃ samāpayañchayanamarocayatprabhuḥ

Sang Bhagavān menata tempat peristirahatan dengan menghimpun langit, bumi, angin, air, cahaya, Prajāpati, penopang jagat, Penguasa para dewa, Pitāmaha Brahmā, tempat bersemayamnya Weda, serta sang resi; demikianlah Tuhan Yang Mahakuasa menetapkan ranjang itu.
