Narada (as narrator/instructor within the Vedanga-technical context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: vira
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It emphasizes disciplined application of authorized ritual procedures (prayogas) as a means to attain results swiftly, highlighting the text’s technical-science strand in Book 1.3.
While not explicitly teaching bhakti here, it implies that results should follow sanctioned instruction and right intent; in the Narada Purana’s wider frame, such practices are ideally subordinated to dharma and devotion rather than mere display of power.
The verse points to prayoga—applied ritual methodology—aligned with technical disciplines (karma-kāṇḍa style procedure), where correct performance is expected to yield siddhi (attainment).
