करोति वञ्चनं मित्रे यो वा को वापि दुष्टधीः । स हि पापपालं भुंक्ते यातनास्तु युगायुतम् ॥ ७६ ॥
karoti vañcanaṃ mitre yo vā ko vāpi duṣṭadhīḥ | sa hi pāpapālaṃ bhuṃkte yātanāstu yugāyutam || 76 ||
Siapa pun yang berhati jahat menipu seorang sahabat, ia sungguh menjadi pemikul buah dosa dan menanggung siksaan hingga berpuluh ribu yuga.
