गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā

अथ तस्य महीपस्य समागम्याध्वरं तदा । देवदूत उवाचेदं सर्वं वृत्तं हि यक्षते ॥ ११३ ॥

atha tasya mahīpasya samāgamyādhvaraṃ tadā | devadūta uvācedaṃ sarvaṃ vṛttaṃ hi yakṣate || 113 ||

Lalu pada saat itu seorang utusan dewa datang ke upacara yajña sang raja dan berkata, “Aku akan menceritakan seluruh kejadian yang telah berlangsung.”
