Melihat sang pemburu tergeletak jatuh, Uttangka yang berhati luhur dan penuh belas kasih memercikinya dengan air suci yang membasuh kaki Bhagavan Wisnu.

Primary Rasa: karuna
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
The verse highlights the purifying and grace-bestowing power of Viṣṇu-pādodaka (caraṇāmṛta) and presents compassion as a dhārmic response that supports spiritual upliftment.
Bhakti is shown as reverence for Viṣṇu expressed through sacred substances (pādodaka) and through mercy toward others—devotion is not only ritual but also compassionate conduct.
It primarily reflects ritual practice (prayoga) rather than a specific Vedāṅga: the use of consecrated water for śuddhi (purification) and auspicious anointment in a devotional context.
