It teaches that human birth is a rare opportunity meant for spiritual awakening; neglecting worship of Hari is presented as a failure of viveka (true discernment) and a missed path toward moksha.
The verse frames Hari-worship as the natural, intelligent response to human life’s rarity—implying that bhakti is not optional sentiment but the wise use of embodied existence for liberation.
The practical takeaway is ethical-spiritual discernment (viveka) guiding conduct; while no single Vedanga is named, the verse supports disciplined daily practice (nitya-karmanusandhana) centered on Hari worship.
