Śrāddha-prayoga: Niyama, Brāhmaṇa-parīkṣā, Kutapa-kāla, Tithi-nyāya, and Vaiṣṇava-phala
ये यत्र विहिताः श्राद्धे सावधानां भवंतु ते । इति संप्रार्थयेद्देवान्ये देवास ऋचा नु वै ॥ ५८ ॥
ye yatra vihitāḥ śrāddhe sāvadhānāṃ bhavaṃtu te | iti saṃprārthayeddevānye devāsa ṛcā nu vai || 58 ||
Dalam Śrāddha, hendaknya ia memohon dengan hormat: “Semoga para dewa yang ditetapkan bagi tiap tempat dan tata-ritus hadir di sini dengan penuh perhatian,” demikian ia memanjatkan doa kepada para dewa dengan sebuah ṛc suci.
