Gṛhastha-praveśa: Vivāha-bheda, Ācāra-śauca, Śrāddha-kāla, and Vaiṣṇava-lakṣaṇa
न चाक्रमेद्गुरोश्छायां तदाज्ञां च मुनीश्वर । न निंदेद्योगिनो विप्रान्व्रतिनोऽपि यतींस्तथा ॥ ३७ ॥
na cākramedgurośchāyāṃ tadājñāṃ ca munīśvara | na niṃdedyogino viprānvratino'pi yatīṃstathā || 37 ||
Wahai penguasa para resi, jangan melangkahi bayangan Guru dan jangan melanggar perintahnya. Jangan mencela para yogi, brahmana suci, para pelaku tapa-vrata, maupun para yati (pertapa).
Narada (in instruction on dharma/sadācāra, addressing a sage as 'munīśvara')
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches sadācāra rooted in humility: honoring the Guru’s authority and refraining from contempt toward spiritually disciplined people preserves śraddhā and prevents offenses that obstruct spiritual progress.
Bhakti is protected by aparādha-avoidance: respecting the Guru’s instruction and not insulting yogins, Brahmins, vratins, and yatis cultivates purity of heart, which supports steady devotion.
It reflects Dharma-śāstra style sadācāra (practical discipline) rather than a specific Vedāṅga; the actionable takeaway is restraint in conduct and speech—especially avoiding nindā (fault-finding) of the learned and the vowed.
