Varṇāśrama Saṁskāras, Upanayana Windows, Brahmacārin Ācāra, and Anadhyāya Prohibitions
यज्ञं च तर्पणं चैव कुर्वंतं नाभिवादयेत् । कृतेऽभिवादने यस्तु न कुर्यात्प्रतिवादनम् ॥ ४३ ॥
yajñaṃ ca tarpaṇaṃ caiva kurvaṃtaṃ nābhivādayet | kṛte'bhivādane yastu na kuryātprativādanam || 43 ||
Jangan memberi penghormatan resmi kepada orang yang sedang melaksanakan yajña atau tarpaṇa. Dan bila seseorang telah diberi salam hormat namun tidak membalasnya, itu pun termasuk perilaku yang tidak patut॥43॥
