Māsopavāsa (Month-long Fast) and Repeated Parāka Observances: Procedure and Fruits

ततः प्रातः समुत्थाय नित्यकर्म समाप्य च । श्रद्धया पूजयेद्विष्णुं वशी क्रोधविवार्जितः ॥ ४ ॥

tataḥ prātaḥ samutthāya nityakarma samāpya ca | śraddhayā pūjayedviṣṇuṃ vaśī krodhavivārjitaḥ || 4 ||

Kemudian, bangun pagi, selesaikan kewajiban harian, lalu dengan śraddhā memuja Viṣṇu—dengan pengendalian diri dan bebas dari amarah.
