पञ्चवक्त्रं दशभुजं चन्द्रा र्द्धकृतशेखरम् । त्रिलोचनमुदाराङ्गं नागयज्ञोपवीतिनम् ॥ ९८ ॥
pañcavaktraṃ daśabhujaṃ candrā rddhakṛtaśekharam | trilocanamudārāṅgaṃ nāgayajñopavītinam || 98 ||
Beliau berwajah lima dan berlengan sepuluh; mahkotanya dihiasi bulan sabit; bermata tiga, bertubuh mulia, serta mengenakan yajñopavīta berupa ular-ular.
