विवाहे चैव संवृत्ते चतुर्थेऽहनिरात्रिषु । एकत्वं सा व्रजेद्भर्तुः पिण्डे गोत्रे च सूतके ॥ ८३ ॥
vivāhe caiva saṃvṛtte caturthe'hanirātriṣu | ekatvaṃ sā vrajedbhartuḥ piṇḍe gotre ca sūtake || 83 ||
Setelah pernikahan diselesaikan menurut tata-vidhi, pada hari dan malam keempat sang istri menjadi satu dengan suaminya—berbagi piṇḍa, gotra, dan juga sūtaka (kenajisan ritual) bila itu terjadi.
