Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It elevates even a simple devotional gesture—clapping in a temple—as potent bhakti, capable of removing sin (pāpa) and producing great spiritual merit (puṇya).
It shows bhakti as accessible: heartfelt participation in temple worship (devatāyatana) through gestures like karatāla is counted as sincere devotion and yields exalted results.
Ritual practice (kalpa-oriented temple conduct) is implied: appropriate devotional actions within sacred space are treated as efficacious components of worship, even without complex rites.
