Dengan menuliskannya berwarna pada kain panel, hendaknya ia memujanya dengan rasa bhakti. Demikianlah, wahai yang utama di antara para dwija, setiap bulan pada Trayodashi paruh terang lakukan pemujaan.
Narada (instructional narration within the Narada Purana’s vrata/ritual context; addressed to a dvija)
Vrata: Dhanada-vrata (continuation; monthly observance)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It emphasizes that devotion (bhakti-bhāva) is central: even a simple, properly prepared representation (written and colored on cloth) becomes a fit support for worship when performed with sincere reverence, especially on an auspicious tithi like Śukla Trayodaśī.
Bhakti here is defined as the inner disposition that sanctifies the act—worship is not merely technical; it is made spiritually effective by heartfelt devotion, repeated regularly as a monthly discipline.
It highlights calendrical/ritual timing based on tithi (Trayodaśī in the bright fortnight), aligning practice with traditional time-reckoning used in ritual manuals and Jyotiṣa-informed observance schedules.
