FAQs

It frames Narasiṃha’s account within a formally measured Purāṇic tradition, highlighting Vyāsa’s Vedic authority and the deliberate, scripture-like structure of the narration.

By foregrounding Narasiṃha-upavarṇana as a major, carefully transmitted portion, it implicitly elevates remembrance and hearing of Viṣṇu’s avatāra narratives as a foundational bhakti practice.

It reflects an anukramaṇikā method—systematic indexing and enumeration of sections—aligned with śāstric organization and textual discipline rather than a specific Vedāṅga ritual rule.
