तमृते भीमधन्वानं भीमादवरजं वने | कामये काम्यके वासं नेदानीममरोपमम्,भीमके छोटे भाई उन भयंकर थधनुर्धर देवोपम अर्जुनके बिना इस समय मुझे इस काम्यकवनमें रहनेकी इच्छा नहीं होती
tam ṛte bhīmadhanvānaṃ bhīmād avarajaṃ vane | kāmaye kāmyake vāsaṃ nedānīm amaropamam ||
Nakula berkata: “Tanpa pemanah yang menggetarkan itu—Arjuna, adik Bhima, laksana dewa dalam keperkasaan—kini aku tak lagi berhasrat tinggal di hutan Kāmyaka.”
नकुल उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical and emotional bond of fraternity: strength and security in dharmic life are often sustained by mutual reliance, and the absence of a key protector (Arjuna) makes even a safe refuge feel untenable.
Nakula expresses that he does not wish to stay in the Kāmyaka forest during the Pandavas’ exile if Arjuna—the formidable, godlike archer and Bhīma’s younger brother—is not present.
