Adhyāya 35
प्रियमेव तु सर्वेषां यद् ब्रवीम्युत किंचन । सर्वे हि व्यसन प्राप्ता: सर्वे युद्धाभिनन्दिन:,मैं जो कुछ कहता हूँ, वह सबको प्रिय है। हम सब लोग संकटमें पड़े हैं और सभी युद्धका अभिनन्दन करते हैं
priyam eva tu sarveṣāṁ yad bravīmy uta kiñcana | sarve hi vyasana-prāptāḥ sarve yuddhābhinandinaḥ ||
Bhīmasena berkata: “Apa pun sedikit yang kukatakan, kuucapkan agar berkenan bagi semua. Sebab kita semua telah ditimpa malapetaka, dan kita semua menyambut kemungkinan perang.”
भीमसेन उवाच
In a time of shared adversity, Bhīma frames his counsel as aligned with the group’s disposition: when all are afflicted and inclined toward decisive action, he argues for a response consistent with their warrior resolve.
