नानाप्रहरणं घोरमदृश्यत महद् बलम् | तद् वै घोरमसंख्येयं गर्जच्च विविधा गिर:
nānāpraharaṇaṁ ghoraṁ adṛśyata mahad balam | tad vai ghoraṁ asaṅkhyeyaṁ garjacca vividhā giraḥ ||
Tampaklah sebuah bala tentara besar dan mengerikan, bersenjata aneka macam senjata. Sungguh ia menakutkan dan tak terhitung jumlahnya, mengaum dengan pekik dalam berbagai bahasa.
