Shloka 153

स्कन्दोपाख्यानम् — उत्पातशान्तिः, स्वाहारूपविचारः, कौमारमङ्गलक्रियाः

अनामयं च वां कच्चित्‌ सदैवेह शरीरयो: । ब्राह्मणने उनके द्वारा की हुई पूजाको स्वीकार करके कृतज्ञता प्रकट की और उनसे पूछा--“आप दोनों इस घरमें अपने सुयोग्य पुत्र तथा सेवकोंके साथ सकुशल तो हैं न? आप दोनों शरीरसे भी सदा नीरोग रहते हैं न?”

anāmayaṃ ca vāṃ kaccit sadaiveha śarīrayoḥ |

Mārkaṇḍeya menerima pemujaan mereka dengan rasa syukur lalu bertanya: “Apakah kalian berdua sejahtera dan bebas dari penyakit? Apakah tubuh kalian di tempat ini senantiasa tetap sehat?”
