Saubha-ākhyāna: Śālva’s Approach and the Fortification of Dvārakā (सौभाख्यानम्—द्वारकायाः सुरक्षाविधानम्)

वर्जयित्वा श्मशानानि देवता55यतनानि च । वल्मीकांश्रैत्यवक्षांश्व तन्निविष्टमभूदू बलम्‌,श्मशानभूमि, देवमन्दिर, बाँबी और चैत्यवृक्षको छोड़कर सभी स्थानोंमें उसकी सेना फैलकर ठहरी हुई थी

varjayitvā śmaśānāni devatāyatanāni ca | valmīkān śritya caityavṛkṣāṁś ca tan-niviṣṭam abhūd balam ||

Vāyu berkata: “Dengan mengecualikan tanah kremasi dan tempat suci para dewa, gundukan semut serta pohon-pohon keramat, pasukan itu menyebar dan berkemah di semua tempat lainnya.”
