एतत्‌ ते सर्वमाख्यातं यन्मां त्वं परिपृच्छसि । युगसंख्यां महाबाहो स्वस्ति प्राप्तुहि गम्यताम्‌,महाबाहो! तुमने युगोंकी संख्याके विषयमें मुझसे जो प्रश्न किया है, उसके उत्तरमें मैंने यह सब बातें बतायी हैं। तुम्हारा कल्याण हो, अब तुम लौट जाओ

Transliteration

etat te sarvam ākhyātaṃ yan māṃ tvaṃ paripṛcchasi | yuga-saṅkhyāṃ mahābāho svasti prāptuṃ hi gamyatām ||

Translation

Wahai yang berlengan perkasa! Segala yang engkau tanyakan tentang perhitungan jumlah yuga telah kujelaskan sepenuhnya. Semoga keselamatan menyertaimu—kini berangkatlah dan lanjutkan perjalananmu.
