Kapālamocana-tīrtha (Auśanasa) and Balarāma’s Sarasvatī Pilgrimage

समाहूता ययौ तत्र पुण्ये हैमवते गिरौ । ब्रह्माजीने एक बार फिर पुण्यमय हिमालयपर्वतपर यज्ञ किया था। उस समय उनके आवाहन करनेपर भगवती सरस्वतीने विमलोदका नामसे प्रसिद्ध होकर वहाँ पदार्पण किया था

samāhūtā yayau tatra puṇye haimavate girau |

Waiśampāyana berkata: Ketika dipanggil, ia pergi ke sana—ke gunung Himavat yang suci. Saat Brahmā kembali mengadakan yajña di Himavat, atas panggilannya Dewi Sarasvatī menampakkan diri di sana dan termasyhur dengan nama Vimalodakā.
