प्रतिजग्राह तान् सर्वान् शिष्यत्वेन महायशा: । शिक्षयामास च द्रोणो धनुर्वेदमशेषत:,फिर उन महायशस्वी आचार्य द्रोणने उन सबको शिष्यरूपमें स्वीकार किया और सम्पूर्ण धनुर्वेदकी शिक्षा दी
pratijagrāha tān sarvān śiṣyatvena mahāyaśāḥ | śikṣayāmāsa ca droṇo dhanurvedam aśeṣataḥ ||
Waiśampāyana berkata: Droṇa yang termasyhur menerima mereka semua sebagai murid, lalu mengajarkan kepada mereka seluruh Dhanurveda tanpa tersisa.
