आपो॒ यद् वः॑ शो॒चिस्तेन॒ तं प्रति॑ शोचत॒ यो॒३स्मान् द्वेष्टि॒ यं व॒यं द्वि॒ष्मः

IAST Transliteration

ā́po yád vaḥ śocís ténā táṃ práti śocata yó ’smā́n dvéṣṭi yáṃ vayáṃ dvíṣmaḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

O Waters, what burning brilliance is yours—therewith scorch him back in requital, who hateth us, whom we in turn do hate.

Translation

Wahai para Air, kilau yang membakar apa pun yang menjadi milikmu—dengan itu hanguskanlah dia sebagai balasan: dia yang membenci kami, yang kami pun membencinya.
