हीनान्नावहसेत् गच्छेन्नादेशे नियसेच्च तैः वैद्यराजनदीहीने म्लेच्छस्त्रीबहुनायके
hīnānnāvahaset gacchennādeśe niyasecca taiḥ vaidyarājanadīhīne mlecchastrībahunāyake
Jangan bepergian dengan perahu yang rendah mutunya atau tidak aman. Jangan pergi ke negeri yang tidak patut, dan jangan menetap di tengah orang-orang semacam itu. Hindarilah wilayah yang tanpa tabib, raja, dan sungai, serta tempat yang dikuasai oleh mleccha, oleh perempuan, atau oleh banyak penguasa.
