वितस्तां चन्द्रभागां च गोमतीं सिन्धुमेव च ॥ तुङ्गभद्रां तथा गोदामुत्तरे गण्डकीं तथा ॥
vitastāṁ candrabhāgāṁ ca gomatīṁ sindhum eva ca || tuṅgabhadrāṁ tathā godām uttare gaṇḍakīṁ tathā ||
वो वितस्ता और चंद्रभागा गया। गोमती और सिंधु भी गया। तुंगभद्रा और गोदा भी, और उत्तर में गंडकी भी।
