अथ तां दृष्ट्वा कन्यां तु ब्रह्मविष्णुमहेश्वराः । ऊचुः का असि शुभे ब्रूहि किं वा कार्यं विपश्चितम् ॥
atha tāṁ dṛṣṭvā kanyāṁ tu brahmaviṣṇumaheśvarāḥ | ūcuḥ kā asi śubhe brūhi kiṁ vā kāryaṁ vipaścitām ||
ब्रह्मा, विष्णु और महेश्वर ने उस लड़की को देखा। उन्होंने पूछा, तुम कौन हो? तुम तो अच्छी लग रही हो। बताओ, क्या काम है तुम्हारा?
